What You Will Do

Job Summary:

Under limited supervision, responsible for ensuring maximum value delivery and compliance with applicable regulatory, stakeholder and supplier requirements related to Fleet, Travel, and Expense management for the America’s Region.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Fleet Management:

  • Strategic management, planning, and oversight of the America’s region Fleet

  • Manage the activities of the America’s Region Fleet Management Company (FMC) and all Fleet related issues. This includes (but not limited to) issuing, recovering, and monitoring Fleet vehicles, as well as interaction with internal staff and the FMC on accidents, losses, resales, OSHE, etc. associated with Fleet operations.

  • Collect, organize, analyze, and maintain necessary data and develop and manage KPI’s for travel and fleet operations. Partners closely with Global teams regarding fleet management programs/policies.

  • Manages, coordinates, and communicates with leadership, as well as third-party suppliers, regarding capital programs and fleet related issues

  • Coordinates with Leadership and Finance on Capital budget projections for fleet management

  • Responsible for conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure objectives are being met.

  • Travel Management:

  • Act as the primary Super User for the BCD Travel service. Support users with guidance and training. Provide troubleshooting expertise on as-needed basis.

  • Oversee the Travel Service Provider supporting the Company across the Americas region.

  • Collect, organize, analyze and maintain necessary data and KPI’s for BCD Travel service operations. Partners closely with Global teams regarding travel management programs/policies.

  • Expense Management:

  • Act as the primary Super User for the SAP/Concur expense management system. Support users with guidance and training. Provide troubleshooting expertise on as-needed basis.

  • Corporate & Purchasing Card program administration to include management of the program for site-specific corporate purchasing cards, including card issue and recovery, limit adjustments, reconciliation and oversight as Super-User.

  • Collect, organize, analyze and maintain necessary data and KPI’s for SAP/Concur expense management operations.

  • Collaborate with Procurement for continuous improvement on processes, efficiency, additional values and cost reductions for all remits. Provide data and insights to facilitate best practices.

  • Liaise between internal stakeholders and vendors to understand and prepare for initiatives and cost savings objectives.

  • Acts as the Business Lead in support of Procurement reviewing and negotiating contracts and rates for respective services related to fleet / travel / expense management

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Minimum Qualifications :

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma / GED and 7+ years related work experience OR

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field of study and 5+ years related work experience

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

Knowledge of:

  • Fleet/travel management programs

  • Advanced to Expert level Excel and Data Analysis skills

  • Microsoft Office Professional or similar application

Skilled in:

  • Multitasking capabilities

Work Environment and Physical Demand

  • Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves light objects (under 10 lbs.).

  • Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods.

  • Requires prolonged machine operation including computer and keyboard equipment.
