Description

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on diesel engines and related systems virtually - via cases tool.

• Utilize advanced automotive technical knowledge and practical experience to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Provide exceptional service to customers, including dealer, fleet, and OEM service departments.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of diesel products and end-user applications.

• Conduct training and coaching sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the technical automotive industry, with a focus on diesel engines.

• Strong experience in dealer, fleet, or OEM service department operations.

• In-depth product knowledge and understanding of end-user applications.

• Proven ability to train and coach team members effectively.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
