What You Will Do

Job Summary:

Drive business excellence with innovative strategies to elevate supply chain and logistics operations through cutting edge technology solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive business centric change by shaping a unified and streamlined vision across the business and information systems and technology.

• Champion business driven solutions that align with organizational objectives that move beyond IT system design.

• Define services from a business perspective balancing automation and manual processes to optimize overall efficiency.

• Leverage business best practices to group services into coherent components based on business objectives.

• Influence stakeholders and strategic decisions utilizing deep business and industry expertise.

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Qualifications :

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field of study

• 7+ years experience in supply chain management focusing on implementing transformative Blue Yonder solutions

• Manufacturing industry experience (preferred)

• Must be 21 years of age or older

Knowledge of:

• Blue Yonder tools specifically configuration and process optimization

• Integration points within Blue Yonder ecosystem

Skilled in:

• Verbal and written communication

• Attention to detail

• Problem/situation analysis

• Multitasking capabilities

• Flexibility and adaptability

Ability to:

• Architect integrated solutions to meet both business and functional requirements

• Manage and influence stakeholders

• Plan, organize, prioritize, and manage projects or programs

• Maintain effective working relationships

• Demonstrate critical thinking

• Prioritize assignments, workload, and manage time accordingly

Work Environment and Physical Demand

• Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves moderate to heavy weight objects (10-50 lbs.).

• Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods.

• Use of manual dexterity and fine motor skills.

• Requires prolonged machine operation including computer and keyboard equipment.
