The Resort at Paws Up Line Cook - Main Village in Greenough, Montana

Paws Up Montana is America's premier luxury ranch resort. Set on a 37,000-acre ranch, Paws Up embodies the spirit of the American West.  It's a family owned and award-winning destination that truly inspires.

The Main Village at Paws Up Montana is seeking line cooks for its array of refined dining options -

Trough - From its Western flair to its home-cooked flavors, Trough is the ideal spot to start the day or take a midday meal break. For breakfast, enjoy Paws Up favorites like huckleberry pancakes, eggs Benedict, or the chef's scramble, among other classics. After working up an appetite on a trail ride, hike, or other thrilling adventure, take a seat inside Trough and savor heartier fare like the Paws Up double smash burger and smoked wagyu tri-tip, or lighter fare with fresh seasonal salads. There is always room for tempting sides, especially black truffle fries.

Tank - Great adventures deserve to be told over a spirited cocktail, a tall glass of beer or a celebratory champagne, and Tank is just the place to indulge. The Resort's gathering place for guests of all ages, Tank embodies the spirit of the West, albeit with an upscale twist. Pull up a chair at the bar and order one of our signature cocktails or mocktails that shift with the seasons and are made with the highest-quality products, along with a snack or small plate. Settle into one of our cozy leather chairs by the fire or catch a game on TV while enjoying breathtaking views of our Ranch.

Pomp - Open for dinner only, Pomp is the centerpiece of the Paws Up culinary experience with dishes that are exciting yet approachable. Since local and regional ingredients serve as the foundation, the menu shifts nightly and with the seasons.
