Per diem: Rates start at \$17.35/hour in our homes in Hampshire County. No experience required - We offer paid on-the-job training. We have a variety of schedules available, as our group homes are 24/7. The qualifications: 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver\'s license Acceptable driving record The responsibilities of Direct Care workers: Personal Care Cooking Cleaning/Laundry Display an eagerness to support the interest of those served, through outings and programs offered in the community and throughout the agency Show flexibility, teamwork, reliability and a passion to serve others
