Description We are looking for a proficient CFO to join our team in GREENFIELD, Indiana, United States. The role will be instrumental in the manufacturing sector, focusing on leading the financial reporting, banking, and overall organizational financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to ensure efficient financial reporting and auditing processes.

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services for financial operations.

• Oversee the management of business systems related to finance and accounting.

• Ensure the smooth operation of all accounting functions within the organization.

• Oversee and manage the organization's budget processes.

• Play a key role in capital management and cash flow analysis.

• Apply your knowledge of the manufacturing industry to optimize financial performance.

• Liaise with the banking industry for financial transactions and operations. Requirements

• The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency with Accounting Software Systems is a must.

• Knowledge of business systems and their application in financial management.

• The candidate should be experienced in handling all accounting functions.

• Auditing skills are a requirement for this position.

• The candidate should be adept at managing budget processes.

• Experience in capital management is needed.

• The candidate should have skills in cash flow analysis.

• Experience in the manufacturing sector is desirable.

• Familiarity with the banking industry would be a plus
