About our team:
We are seeking a resilient and dynamic Sales Operations Manager to optimize sales processes, analyze data to provide actionable insights, and drive performance improvements across our sales organization. This position will work to aggressively grow our revenue and expand our market share.
About the position:
- Responsible for the implementation and execution of segment and customer specific sales & marketing initiatives across our sales organization.
- Oversee and optimize our sales processes, utilizing account based management throughout the sales cycle.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement thereby developing targeted sales strategies.
- Monitor sales team’s progress and help to identify and achieve goals with sales managers via intensified/systematic sales analysis.
- Establish and maintain sales analytics, forecast sales goals and quotas, and report frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to sales leadership.
- Efficiently manage the ordering, stocking, storing, and use of inventory to effectively drive value back to Solutions and Support Centers.
- Identify areas for process improvements and lead initiatives to streamline sales processes, enhance productivity, and optimize resource allocation.
- Manage and optimize sales tools and CRM systems to support the sales teams.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ten or more years of in-depth experience in project management
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations management
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing processes to accelerate sales and increase win rates.
- Experience with deal structuring, pricing strategies, and negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess deal performance, analyze win/loss data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, Microsoft Excel, JDE and PowerBi
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex deal structures and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
About the total compensation package:
Salary - $103,869 - $133,170 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
Relocation – This position may qualify for relocation.
