Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of High School Diploma required with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or test related environment preferably working with heavy equipment. • Basic mechanical aptitude including the understanding and proper usage of typical automotive or heavy equipment assembly and testing tools such as tape measure, pressure gauges, torque wrenches, air tools and multimeters. • Basic math skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. • Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings and standard test documents. • Ability to read, understand and utilize standard ASAE Crane & Rigging symbols/signals. • Must be CCO Certified, or be able to obtain certification within 9 months of hire. • Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Power Point. • Experience operating various types of mobile and stationary cranes including, but not limited to, Truck-Mounted, Rough Terrain, Carry Deck, and Crawler Cranes preferred.
