Staffmark Assistant Plant Manager in Greencastle, Pennsylvania

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Compensation: $100,000/yr - $120,000/yr, with the potential for additional bonuses

Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations management A skill set that includes quality assurance, production oversight, team management, safety, and continuous improvement Experience in a food production environment (a plus)

Duties: Your daily duties will include supervising the sorting, cleaning, grading, and packaging processes to ensure that production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained. In addition, you will be required to manage and lead the production team, implement safety measures, and continuously improve the production processes.
