Do you do your best work when you are hands on? We are currently hiring for a Maintenance Mechanic to do machine maintenance for a local manufacturing plant in Greencastle. This is a 2nd shift position with great pay and benefits. Apply today!

salary: $54,000 - $62,000 per year

shift: Second

work hours: 2:30 PM - 12 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Workes in safe manner at all times using required safety equipment

• Fabricates simple fixtures and machine parts required

• Cleaning Conveyor system

• Conducts preventive maintenance (PM) on equpipment and molds as per PM schedule

• Keeps work area clean

• Other duties as assigned by the Planet Engineer

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 10 hours at one time

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
