Support the Repairs, Operations, Maintenance and Engineering (ROME) for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center. ROME provides services that include and are not limited to facilities operations and maintenance services, architect-engineering services, construction services, and facilities information resources services. Facilities include office buildings, technical facilities such as clean rooms, integration and test spaces, laboratories, launch facilities, an airfield, and warehouses. These facilities are supported by utilities that include electrical power, water, wastewater, storm water, steam, chilled water, gas, fire alarm, utility control system, and geothermal.

Key Role:

Oversee building maintenance, environmental/safety regulation compliance, custodial support, organization of events and space assignments. Make improvements of processes, systems, or products to enhance performance of the job area and maybe be responsible for developing technical solutions that require collaboration with internal expertise and deep analysis of the technical system. Responsible for making improvements of processes, systems, or products to enhance performance of the job area.

Communicate with parties within and outside of own job function, including NASA customers, ASRC Federal, external customers or vendors.

Requirements :

• 5 or more years work experience overseeing building maintenance, environmental/safety regulation compliance, custodial support, organization of events and space assignments.

• Proven problem solver who can work within and across organizations and job areas

• Ability to collaborate with people to come to agreements on problem solutions. Ability to resolve conflicts among interested parties.
