WI TEXAS FRAC LLC Heavy Equipment Operator in GREEN LAKE, Wisconsin

The Mine Equipment Operator is responsible for operations of mobile equipment and wash and/or dry plant operations. Employees are expected to operate all equipment in a safe manner. As a result, basic mechanical skills are required for maintenance of equipment and assistance to overall plant maintenance.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key duties of the Mine Equipment Operator include, but are not limited to:

Mobile equipment operations of, but not limited to:

wheel loader, excavator, dozer, haul truck, skid loader, and screener.

Operation and knowledge of wash and/or dry plant startup/shutdown procedures.

General labor, as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 2 years of mobile equipment experience

Capable of climbing stairs and access ladders several times per day

In good general health

Capable of lifting 75 pounds

Basic mechanical skills

Able and willing to work extended work schedules, overtime, weekends, and call ins, as necessary.

Understand and comply with mining safety and environmental regulations

Ability to be cross-train and assume other responsibilities

-Medical Clearance to wear respiratory protection -Team-oriented, effective communicator (verbal and written), able to offer technical expertise and guidance, and have the ability and willingness to build rapport with team members and external agencies. -Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities appropriately

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Standing, walking, sitting, squatting, talking, hearing, making visual inspections, making precise hand and fingers movements, twisting, stooping, crouching, kneeling, reaching or grasping

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., and push and/or pull up to 50 lbs.

Will be required to wear personal protective equipment as needed and engage in strenuous physical activity
