JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position is responsible for providing quality customer service to our members and all program drivers. This position is also responsible for: Counting and log cash collected from the volunteer drivers, verifying daily trips and volunteer hours daily. Printing and preparing daily transportation routes as needed. Dispatching and assisting drivers with directions.
