The Retirement Plan Services Intern will be responsible for assisting other team members in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to clients participating in the bank\'s retirement plans. This role involves assisting the team with plan review preparation, monitoring and ensuring RPS processes are followed, and marketing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients achieve their retirement goals. This is a summer 2025 internship going from late May/early June through August 2025 As a Retirement Plan Services Intern, you will: * Compliance: Ensure all transactions and client interactions comply with regulatory requirements and bank policies. * Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions. * Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively. * Collaboration: Work closely with the Retirement Plan Manager and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. * Uphold Nicolet\'s philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of services provided by Nicolet. * Understand and communicate the value of diversity within the workplace and to work successfully with others without regard to age, gender, race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, culture, religion, disability status, socioeconomic status or other non-job-related classification, including a commitment to Nicolet\'s policies on equal employment opportunities and non-discrimination with a willingness to pursue efforts of inclusion and respect toward different perspectives. * Performs all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time management abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retirement plan management software. * Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * High School Diploma or equivalent and currently pursuing an Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s Degree in finance, accounting, business or related field. Current junior or senior status is required. * No experience is necessary, but previous finance, accounting, business, or related field classes are preferred.
