The Operations Technician- Research is responsible for researching, understanding, and interpreting detailed contracts and legal documents regarding customer accounts. Your role involves working with various teams to ensure accurate interpretation and resolution of account matters and requests. This person will be: Receive and review incoming documents, researching and identifying pertinent information and contacting appropriate resources as needed. Enter relevant transactions into the system, ensuring accuracy, and balance general ledger accounts. Resolve complex issues and inquiries using available resources and records. Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to customers and stakeholders. Prepare, edit, distribute, and correct specialized and complex documents as required. Review existing processes and procedures for accuracy and efficiency, making recommendations to leadership as necessary. Review the qualifications listed below: Education High School, Required.
