The Kroc in Green Bay is hiring Child Watch Attendants, who are responsible for the nurture and supervision of all children participating in the temporary on-site care offered by the community center. The Child Watch Attendant will develop activities to entertain, teach, and mentor young children while their parents / guardians participate in Kroc programs and events.

Patiently supervise multiple children.
Communicate effectively with children and parents / guardians.
Handle difficult situations with speed, tact and fairness.
Maintain a high level of enthusiasm.
Organize and execute age appropriate activities for children both individually and in groups.
Assist in the cleaning of toys and other materials used in the Fun Depot.
Maintain a safe environment for staff and participants.
Able to work nights and weekends.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older and have 1 year of relevant work experience with children.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:First Aid, CPR and AED Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain a self-motivated and self-directed schedule.
Ability to address multiple projects in a timely manner while being responsive and detail-oriented.
Ability to interact with co-workers and the public in a positive, professional manner.
Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds and circumstances.
Exercise good judgment in personal actions.
Strong computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office products, e-mail, and Internet.
