ONEIDA NATION Family Preservation Specialist in GREEN BAY, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARY Accomplish the Family Services Department objectives by supporting Kinship Care for Oneida children including determining eligibility, processing applications, completing home visits, submitting background checks and completing annual application renewals according to state statutes. Provide services and support to relative caregivers. Collaborate with internal/external departments with shared efforts, Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Frequently walk and sit; reach with hands and arms. 2. Occasionally stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds. 3. Work is generally performed in an office setting with a moderate noise level. 4.
