JOB REQUIREMENTS: Facilities & Properties Assistant Part Time The Diocese of Green Bay currently has a part-time job share 12.75 hour/week opening for a Facilities and Properties Assistant in our Green Bay Office. The Facilities & Properties Assistant reports to the Director of Facilities & Properties with direct responsibility for office operations, a resource for parish and schools, and as back-up for the mail clerk/purchasing coordinator and supply systems. Position requires working in all programs within Microsoft Suite including specialized program in Access for coordinated scheduling of shared equipment, booking of chapel and meeting rooms. Coordinates and assists with proxy process and lease agreements for all Diocesan locations. This is a part time job share position. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an associate\'s degree (bachelor\'s preferred) and 2-3 years of office experience. Experience with Word, Excel, Access, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Must have excellent organizational, administrative, and people skills. A valid driver\'s license is required.
