JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: Green Bay, WI, USA Shift: 1st Shift Work model: On-Site Schedule: FULLTIME; Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Director of Operations in Green Bay to lead teams of customer service and operations associates. The Director of Operations will play a critical role in improving the productivity of Schneider\'s fleet and will collaborate with various teams to automate and enhance processes. Responsibilities: Lead initiatives to improve the productivity and performance of the business. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to exceed customers\' expectations. Lead the integration of tech enhancements related to driver, customer and operational teams. Create and sustain a high-performance environment through processes and actions. Exercise situational leadership when working with various teams in the organization. Initiate and lead process improvement opportunities. Skills and qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in business, logistics or related field required. Minimum seven years of transportation or logistics experience required. Operations background is preferred. Able to foster productive relationships with internal and external customers. Pay and benefits: Medical, dental and vision insurance.
