JOB REQUIREMENTS: Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for client and candidate inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information about services, processes, and job opportunities. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. Process and manage client and candidate data in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating with clients and candidates as needed. Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs. Maintain a thorough understanding of our services and industry trends to offer informed assistance. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and service quality. Prepare and maintain reports on customer interactions, feedback, and issues. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate\'s or bachelor\'s degree preferred. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a staffing or recruitment environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations with professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
