BILINGUAL (SPANISH/ENGLISH) HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

HOURS:

  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, flexible as required

  • Saturday hours as needed

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • BILINGUAL SKILLS REQUIRED (Spanish/English)

  • In Charge of Job Bid Process

  • Transfer paperwork and data entry

  • Maintains records as required

  • Assists with entering new hires in SAP

  • Respond to Unemployment Information Requests

  • Responds in a timely manner to employee problems, questions and concerns

  • General office procedures including handling phone calls and filing

  • Enters termination information in SAP

  • Time and Attendance

  • Interpreting as needed

  • Handles insurance issues with vendors and employees (Cross-Training)

  • Conduct benefits orientation for new hires (Cross-Training)

  • Handles FMLA process with companies and employees (Cross-Training)

  • Other duties as needed or required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills- Including phone etiquette

  • Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills

  • Team Player

  • Computer skills and knowledge of basic office software necessary

  • Good Attendance

  • Flexibility with schedule

  • Bilingual Required (Spanish/English)

  • Trustworthy – Will be handling confidential material

  • 10-key skills beneficial

  • FMLA knowledge preferred

  • Benefits (Insurance, 401K, Long/Short term leave, etc.) knowledge preferred

  • Internal candidates preferred
