Kelly Services Accounting Deduction Specialist in Green Bay, Wisconsin

Kelly is assisting our client of a large apparel, footwear and accessories company in Appleton, WI with an Accounting (Deduction) Specialist role. This is a seasonal position expected to last until December of 2024.

Detail Overview:

  • Monday – Friday schedule

  • Your choice of working 7am-3:30pm, 7:30am-4pm, or 8am-4:30pm

  • Pay Rate: $16.50-16.95/hr. based on skills and experience

  • This role is a 100% remtote position

The basics of working as Accounting (Deduction) Specialis t include:

• Data entry of information from customer portals, payments and/or other communication into internal electronic records

• Assigning of cases to internal teams for validation

• Disputing invalid deductions via email or customer portal

• Issuing credit/debit memos based on findings

• Runs reports on new deductions and repayments and takes appropriate action
