Primary Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the financial setup and ongoing management of projects within our ERP system, Deltek VantagePoint, with a keen eye for detail and compliance. Client Contracts: Navigate the complexities of client contracts, ensuring Foth meets all invoicing and contract acceptance standards. Federal Projects: Lead the charge on managing federal grant-based projects, ensuring adherence to all guidelines and requirements. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the Business Manager to identify and implement strategies for operational excellence. Financial Reporting: Work closely with the central Finance and Accounting department to ensure accurate financial reporting for the Business Unit, in line with GAAP standards. Project Support: Assist project managers by providing financial analysis and insights to drive project success. Leadership: Direct our team of Accounting Analysts, ensuring financial accuracy and integrity in support of our project managers and clients. Billing and Payments: Ensure timely and accurate billing and payment processes, in accordance with contract terms. Expense Oversight: Approve and manage member expense reports, maintaining fiscal responsibility.
