Program Overview: Transitional Age Community Treatment The TACT program provides a supportive environment to help clients identify their own goals toward recovery and/or resiliency. TACT teaches skills that will help clients work towards their self-identified life goals (social, educational, housing, benefits, illness management, etc.). The TACT team is staffed with well-trained and compassionate staff, including a program coordinator, therapists, vocational support, family support, and peer support specialists, who receive the training necessary to help clients and families navigate this potentially scary time of life.

Sign-On Bonus Available Unlicensed Clinicians $5,000.00 Licensed Clinicians $7,000.00

Salary Placements will vary and may be above the starting wage based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, education, and licensure. Salary placements will generally occur between the starting wage and the midpoint of the salary range.

Employees may be eligible for additional pay based on program, evening, night, weekend, or holiday work. Bilingual pay may be available upon successful passing of language validation testing.

Mental Health Clinician: Our Transitional Age Community Treatment program, or TACT, is designed to support clients experiencing their first episode of psychosis. Community and home-based treatments are provided to clients aged 15-29 using a collaborative team approach. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will provide ongoing assessment, crisis intervention, individual, family, and group therapy, and case management services.

Position Summary: With a Collaborative, Customer First, and Compassionate approach, Mental Health Clinicians will: Embrace the North Range Behavioral Health Mission Statement - Provide compassionate, comprehensive care for people who face mental health and addiction challenges. Provide person-centered assessment, goal planning, and treatment for mental health and/or substance use issues. Provide screening, intakes, and assessments of clients utilizing required instruments and formats within appropriate timelines. Develop strength-based written treatment plans/updates and continuing care plans and make appropriate referrals. Complete written discharge summaries and correspondence within established timelines. Observe clients in a variety of situations. Assess the diagnosis and mental status of clients, evaluate the current level of functioning, and develop and implement treatment/service plans to address clients' needs. Collaborate with other clinicians, law enforcement, external providers, and psychiatrists to provide services to clients. Maintain close and cooperative relationships with community agencies and other public agencies in carrying out treatment/service plans. May monitor Antabuse, urine analysis, breathalyzers, and other medication as required. Collaborate continuously with assigned clients to devise safety planning, provide symptom management, identify support systems, reduce, and mitigate risk factors. May deliver services to clients in their homes or other settings in the community.

Minimum Qualifications: A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or ano her behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
