Employees duties may include planting, weeding, harvesting, record keeping, box packing on the farm, seeding, watering in greenhouses, general field projects. Employees will plant, cultivate, irrigate, harvest, wash and pack (on the farm) organic vegetables. Employees may be involved in cleaning, organizing, repair and maintenance projects as needed. A clean driving record is required for the driving position, which requires the delivery driver (Ford Transit Van) to deliver farm for the purpose of selling and tractor Driver to operate the seeding and cultivating tractors.
