Intern roles and responsibilities may include participating in the following:

  • Planning process for capital projects
  • Resolving manufacturing issues
  • Assisting the maintenance and process control project teams
  • Assisting the technical manager
  • Assisting the maintenance & reliability supervisors
  • Assisting mill process owners in optimizing process economics and process controls
  • Working with team development managers to improve team performance
  • Hands on field measuring
  • Generating and altering autocad files
  • Other duties/ projects as assigned or required as needed

  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering or Reliability
  • Must be able to commit to a three-month internship from late May/early June - August 2024
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical writing capability
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Autocad experience is a bonus
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
