Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Senior Tax Manager to join our team in Grapevine, Texas. This role involves ensuring compliance with various tax filing requirements and acting as the primary contact for tax audits. You will also be implementing processes and systems for accurate tax reporting, maintaining audit documentation, and managing Tax functions for a growth-company operating in multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with income, sales, and property tax filing requirements

• Act as the primary point of contact for tax audits and manage all related processes

• Consult with third-party advisors on complex tax issues

• Implement and manage systems and processes necessary for accurate tax reporting

• Maintain substantive audit documentation in accordance with industry standards

• Manage the Tax function for a company operating in multiple jurisdictions

• Handle annual jurisdictional registrations

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and other tools for efficient management of tasks

• Perform Accounting Functions and Annual Income Tax Provision tasks

• Ensure Compliance and conduct Auditing as required

• Handle Entity Formation and similar tasks as per the company requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA highly preferred

• Big 4, Regional Accounting or tax advisory experience

• Familiarity with Avalara and Vertex a plus

• Proficiency in CCH Sales Tax

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions

• Experience in Annual Income Tax Provision

• Skills in Auditing

• Knowledge of Compliance procedures

• Experience in Entity Formation
