Southland Holdings ERP Administrator in Grapevine, Texas
Southland Holdings is seeking resumes for an ERP Administrator with great leadership skills at our headquarters in Grapevine, TX. The ERP Administrator is responsible for maintenance and continual improvement of our ERP system. This role will play a pivotal role in the migration from the current 2 ERP systems to Viewpoint Vista along with being able to enhance business processes going forward.
Duties:
Responsible for configuration, deployment, training, optimization and support of ERP.
Work with business stakeholders to identify pain points and needs.
Work with implementation group to move from current Sage and JD Edwards ERPs to Viewpoint Vista.
Perform ongoing maintenance and support of ERP Application.
Owns the function of user set-up access, controls and security with regular permission audits to adjust user’s responsibilities.
Assist with deploying ERP modules.
Serve as a back-up for reporting requests for ERP Application.
Works with Director of Information Systems to analyze workflow, process improvement and business practices to streamline business operations.
Responsible for documenting and change management procedures on any ERP system changes in accordance with SOX compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology or a related field (and/or equivalent experience).
2+ years administering construction ERP systems.
Experience with Viewpoint Vista highly desired.
Experience with SQL queries and stored procedures.
Basic knowledge and experience in construction accounting.
Previous SOX experience with Segregation of Duties and Change Management documentation.
Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines.
Detail oriented and highly organized.
Self-starter and strong ethical standards
