The B2B Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive internal and external marketing strategies that increase our company's market share and brand awareness among our business clients. This includes understanding and addressing the unique needs and challenges of B2B marketing. This role will also involve managing a dynamic marketing team, planning promotional campaigns, conducting market research, and establishing goals and strategies to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the company's business goals.

• Coordinate B2B marketing efforts to promote our products and services.

• Oversee the operations of the marketing department, including budgeting, planning, and staff development.

• Conduct market research and analysis to understand the company’s position in the marketplace.

• Manage the production of promotional materials and marketing campaigns.

• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make necessary adjustments.

• Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders to grow brand awareness in the market.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.

• Strong understanding of market research and data analysis methods.

• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. An MBA would be a plus.

• Ability to develop marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
