Our client is seeking a Machine Set Up Technician to join their team. In this role you will be part of the production team supporting the efficient operation of plastic injection molding equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical abilities, good troubleshooting skills, and a willingness to continuously learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Set Up Technician - 2nd Shift

Location: Siren, WI

Pay Range: $18 - $21/hr

What's the Job?

• Install and remove injection molds from assigned presses safely using forklifts and other machinery.

• Set up and prepare auxiliary/secondary support equipment as required.

• Monitor presses and respond to alarms, ensuring part quality on presses.

• Complete preventative maintenance activities on molding machines and equipment when needed.

• Maintain and promote a safe and clean working environment.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Working knowledge of plastic resins and injection molding processes preferred.

• Strong mechanical abilities and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions in English.
