Eligible for benefits after one year including paid time off & paid holidays Daily Workflow: Oversee and manage all aspects of landscape installation projects Communicate effectively with clients and team members Perform plant identification, pruning, irrigation, grading, drainage, planting, pavers, retaining walls, lighting, and water feature installations Operate heavy machinery, trailers, and large trucks as needed Lead and work as a team and have initiative to be able to work independently. Maintain a safe work environment and ensure all work is done to code We\'re Seeking (skills, education, and screenings): 10+ years of experience in the landscape industry (Required) Previous sales experience is a plus Proficient in deciphering blueprints Experience with both residential & commercial landscape construction Ability to manage and communicate effectively with employees and onsite contacts Experience in plant identification of Northwest annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs, and ground covers, and how to keep them healthy Experience with pruning, irrigation, grading, drainage, planting, pavers, retaining walls, lighting, & water features Ability to operate heavy machinery, trailers, and large trucks Conscientious, hard-working person who is organized and possesses supervisory and interpersonal skills. Ability to maneuver up to 50 pounds. Must be physically fit and able to endure various outside environmental conditions. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus Must have a valid driver\'s license & reliable transportation Must be able to pass a drug test (THC ok) and a DMV check.
