Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team that keeps the nation moving? As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our rail equipment. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

salary: $56,160 - $72,800 per year

shift: First

work hours: 6 AM - 4:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on facility equipment

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems

• Replace and repair components as needed

• Follow safety procedures and guidelines

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

• Electrical Reapirs from 110V-220V, 3 phase 480V occasionally

• Welding and Fabrication

• Opearte forklifts, overhead cranes, and other heavy equipment as needed

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 25lbs

• standing for 6 hours at one time
