Physical therapist provides physical therapy services including patient evaluation, development and administration of an intervention plan, documentation and communication with physicians and other referral sources, and clinical guidance to non-professional personnel. Provides therapy treatment, including wound care, in inpatient and outpatient setting as well other practice environments as necessary. Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited school of physical therapy and state licensure to practice physical therapy by the Idaho State Board of Medicine required. Experience/expertise in multiple treatment settings preferred.
