Attention Maintenance Technicians! We are hiring!! Looking for candidates that are skilled in Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and PLCs. You will be a vital part of our maintenance team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our advanced manufacturing equipment. Apply now to be a part of our innovative company!

salary: $62,400 - $70,720 per year

shift: Third

work hours: 7 PM - 7 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Be able to safely operate all equipment in the plant. This includes operating molding, printing, and auxiliary equipment.

• To have working knowledge of all facility support equipment including operation/maintenance of mechanical rooms. This includes pumps, chillers, towers, dryers, material systems and other associated equipment.

• To have solid troubleshooting skills on all equipment in the plant. This shall include a methodical approach to troubleshooting common problems on machinery.

• Proven skills in the following areas are required-Electrical, Mechanical, Fabrication, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, PLC's and Machining.

• Higher level education preferred such as tech schools and college coursework. Other technical training that is desired are skills in thermal imaging, vibration analysis, oil analysis and other predictive methods to maintaining equipment.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 12 hours at one time

• working weekends

• troubleshoot (2 years of experience is required)

• relays (2 years of experience is required)

• switches (2 years of experience is required)

• sensors (2 years of experience is required)
