Long Term Career Opportunities:
If you are looking for a long term career in construction this is the company that will help you reach your goals! There are employees on the crew who started in the Flagger position and have moved to higher, more skilled positions and within 2 years they are now making over $30/hr!!! The company's professional development is top notch and if you work hard they will work hard for you. They have a lot of different sectors of construction such as broadband, oil and gas, pipeline integrity, renewable gas and electric so although you start on an oil and gas crew there are opportunities to move to other sectors once you become a permanent employee after the 90 day contract period. This is an opportunity to get into a skilled trade career without going to trade school, so if you are someone who likes to learn on the job and not in the classroom then the Flagger position is right up your alley!

EVERYDAY you will be outside working in the elements. THIS IS NOT A SEASONAL JOB, so all year around you will work outside, in the heat, rain, snow and cold. They will send a crew home for lightning or severe weather but plan on being there at least 7am-5pm Mon-Fri regardless of weather.
$17.28/hr. to start then after the 90 day contract period you will be given a performance review.
