Summary: The Vice President, Sr. Surplus Lines Broker, Professional & Management Liability, is a strategic partner in the Risk Management Group managing the Excess Surplus Lines placements for Acrisure Corporate. Placements will include Errors & Omissions, Management Liability and Cyber among other coverage. The Vice President, Sr. Surplus Lines Broker, Professional & Management Liability will be responsible for roles liaising with the London Market as well as other international markets. Excess and Surplus Lines License required . Opportunity for growth in this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Experience in submission development, marketing, underwriting, managing and overseeing a large international program.
Must be versed in all Commercial Insurance with an emphasis in the following lines of Coverage; Professional E&O, Management Liability (D&O, EPLI & Fiduciary) & Cyber.
Must possess excellent written and oral presentation skills.
The role is Home Office based, with remote possibilities.
Valid Driver’s Licenses and Passport with International Travel is required.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or similar and/or seven (7) or more years of experience, in Excess Surplus Lines required. Experience in a corporate environment, preferred.
Computer Skills: Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe, SharePoint, and research tools. Experience in Office 365 is a plus.
Able to work independently, multi-task, and enjoys a high degree of interaction with team members, senior management, and all levels of agency partner organizations, using discretion surrounding sensitive information.
Contributes to a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating teamwork, high motivation, positive behavior, and effort to achieve goals and objectives.
Identifies potential risks and raises issues, with suggested solutions, to leaders.
Maintains a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet all service level commitments and deadlines.

Reporting: This position reports to the Director of Risk Management
