Responsibilities: :
- Oversee daily operation of construction projects, including kick-off meetings, progress meetings, daily logs, lookahead schedules, safety inspections, and exit strategy meetings.
- Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed.
- Communicate project progress with clients, subcontractors, and project managers, creating project risk assessments in collaboration with project manager.
Manage subcontractors and construction site organization coordinating 7 to 15 concurrent trade contractors and crew sizes up to 120 people.
