Scope of Responsibility
Join us at Cascade Engineering as a Shipping Receiving Supervisor. This position
is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shipping and receiving department. This role ensures the efficient, timely, and accurate handling of all incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding the highest standards of safety and quality. The Shipping/Receiving Supervisor coordinates with various departments, manages a team of Shipping / Receiving Technicians and implements best practices to optimize logistics and warehouse functions.

Buursma Plant (4950 37^th^ St. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512)
Shift:
2pm -- 10pm OR 2am -- 10am (Monday -- Friday)
Target Pay:
$50,346.00 -- 75,030.00 (plus quarterly bonus incentive)
Responsibilities:
Servant Leader -
Oversees team of S/R Technicians supporting the Cascade Cart Solutions team at Buursma Plant. Responsible for training and coaching S/R Technicians; gives timely and appropriate performance feedback (for individuals or team). Develop and manage schedules for the S/R Team. Performs the S/R Technicians performance reviews with Logistics Manager final approval. Leads S/R activities including safety training and audits and quality objectives of the team
