Adecco Healthcare is searching for an Outpatient Clinician to become part of our client's team in Grand Rapids, MI - 49512. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.

Pay

  • Full License: $62,000-$68,500 (max)

  • Limited License: $58,000-$61,000 (max)

Shift

  • Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm

  • 1 late night shift a week until 7pm (can't be Fridays)

  • No: overtime, weekends, or on-call

Qualifications

  • Limited of Full Licensure: LMSW, LLMSW, LCSW, LPC, LLPC, LMFT, or LAC.

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or similar.

  • Experience providing individual, family, and group counseling.

Job Summary

The responsibilities of the Outpatient Clinician include conducting intake assessments and providing individual, family, and multi-systems therapy for assigned clients while maintaining timely progress notes and client files. The role requires participation in biweekly individual supervision and bimonthly group team meetings, where case presentations and feedback sharing are integral. Continual assessment of client needs is essential, with appropriate referrals made when necessary. The employee will develop various treatment-related documents, coordinate the transfer and discharge processes, and monitor the quality of treatment services to ensure they meet objectives. Respecting diverse backgrounds and providing nurturance is crucial, alongside timely compliance with quality assurance standards. The individual is also encouraged to pursue professional growth through educational opportunities and the guidance of their supervisor, in addition to performing any other assigned duties.
