Corewell Health Occupational Therapist Acute Care PRN in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Job Summary

Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.

Qualifications

  • Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited occupational therapy program

  • Preferred Master's Degree

  • LIC-Occupational Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required

  • CRT-Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) - NB-COT National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Upon Hire required

  • LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required

  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or

  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required

  • CRT-Hand Therapist, Certified (CHT) - HTCC Hand Therapy Certification Commission Hand Therapy Program Upon Hire preferred
