? Job Goal: As an Outpatient Clinician, you'll work under the guidance of our Clinical Supervisor, providing therapy and support to clients within our cozy office setting.

? Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging intake assessments and complete necessary paperwork.

Dive into individual, family, and multi-systems therapy sessions.

Keep things organized with timely progress notes and client files.

Join biweekly one-on-one supervision sessions for growth and support.

Bring your insights to our lively group meetings, discussing cases and clinical topics.

Stay proactive by assessing client needs and making appropriate referrals.

Craft treatment plans and other documents to keep things running smoothly.

Coordinate client transfers/discharge with a sprinkle of compassion and care.

Ensure top-notch treatment quality and communicate effectively with our team.

? Qualifications:

Hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

Experience in counseling preferred.

Must have or be working towards licensure in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

? Hours: Monday-Friday, with flexible shifts between 8am-7pm.

Pay Details: $62,000.00 to $685,000.00 per year
