Job Description:

The Global Web Strategist is responsible for driving the day-to-day business and growth of the Crowe Global online presence in support of the firm's business and brand strategy. Our ideal candidate is an experienced digital leader who is a blend of web strategist, data-driven marketer, team leader, innovator, and pragmatic problem solver.

In this position, you will help shape and execute the strategic roadmap for the global and network sites. We are looking for an individual who can translate strategy into tactics, define performance standards and drive team efforts that achieve defined metrics. You must also work in a hands-on capacity to develop team skills, with the assigned project manager manage budgets and related project resources, and engage with business and firms to understand needs.

In this role, you will work closely with the global CMO, the Global Support team, website Product Owner, UX design, development resources, and agencies to proactively prioritize, execute projects, and continually optimize the platform and processes for our firms around the globe. You will be responsible for ensuring the sites can support larger digital and media strategies, campaigns, and integrations. You will bring rigor and business acumen to metrics and reporting to demonstrate the value and impact of our site and will continuously identify opportunities to improve the website experience and conversions.

Responsibilities

Help shape, maintain, and execute a roadmap of web projects, deliverables, and initiatives. Develop processes and procedures to ensure projects are prioritized by impact and delivered on time.

Own multiple web projects simultaneously ensuring updates are executed smoothly, on schedule, and within scope to keep the site fresh, engaging, and relevant.

Partner closely across teams to bring projects and designs to life on the website consistent with UX and SEO best practices and style guidelines.

Manage external agencies and service providers to support web projects as needed; review and maintain vendor contracts and licenses.

Establish objective evaluation criteria of Global / LLP agency relationship; report on this evaluation on a regular cadence.

Establish goals and measures (qualitative & quantitative) for global firm support activities.

Manage global support team and guide team to function within a performance-based goals environment

Seek opportunities to improve web processes, increasing speed, efficiency, and collaboration.

Support website optimization strategies that improve user experience and demand generation, using A/B and user testing, personalization, and CRO strategies and initiatives.

Coordinate regular Digital Advisory Committee meetings, presentations, and outcomes.

Work with legal and third-party affiliates on global needs and requirements.

Manage budget and resourcing with Marketing Operations.

Clearly understand site performance, analyze trends and business results, and use this data to develop new actions to improve results.

Provide audience-specific reporting on overall site performance.
