SUMMARY

The Executive Director of Human Resources is a strategic human resources leader responsible for shaping and driving the human resources function within the College. This position provides strategic leadership, developing and implementing strategies that align with the College's mission, vision, values and strategic plan. The executive director oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits and compensation, payroll, student employment, professional development and the employee lifecycle. This position serves on the President's Cabinet, Strategic Leadership Team, and other cross functional teams.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Educational Credentials

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources required. Master's degree in Human Resources or Master's degree relevant to the requirements of this position preferred. • Certification as a Human Resources Professional is preferred.
