Job Overview

The Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing the ERP software solutions that drive the company's software operations. This individual will ensure integration across systems, support cross-functional teams, and provide insights to enhance overall efficiency in product development, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• · Oversee and maintain the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business operations.

• · Collaborate with shipping, account management, and finance teams to streamline workflows within the ERP.

• · Configure the ERP system to align with business processes; validate and participate in testing activities including setting up modules, customizing fields and continuous improvement efforts in maintaining trading partners’ while adhering to their business requirements and needs.

• · Develop custom reports to provide visibility into operational performance.

• · Conduct system audits and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

  Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and product lifecycle management

• Proficiency in systems engineering and design

• Skills in system administration and continuous integration practices
