PYPER TOOL & ENGINEERING Controls Engineer in Grand Rapids, Michigan
As a Controls Engineer you will program PLC (programmable logic controllers) and do machine start up and debugging.
Essential Functions:
- Responsibility for control system design, programming, machine start up, customer interface and machine runoff.
- Determine power requirements for automation equipment electrical controls systems.
- Design electrical control systems consisting of conductors, relays, PLCs, HMIs and other components as well as interface circuitry.
- Trouble shoot daily production problems.
- Ability to work side by side with outside vendors.
- Able to effectively problem solve.
