Our client in Kentwood?is seeking a 1st Shift Janitor to join their team. As a Janitor, you will be part of the operations team supporting a clean and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Janitor

Location: Kentwood, MI

Pay Range: $16 per hour

What's the Job?

• Emptying trash and maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility.

• Sweeping and mopping floors to ensure a safe and tidy environment.

• Filling supplies to keep all areas well-stocked and functional.

• Crushing boxes and emptying the cardboard compactor in our warehouse.

• Performing additional cleaning tasks as assigned to support overall operations.

What's Needed?

• Prior experience required

• A strong work ethic and reliability in attendance.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift items as needed.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
