Key Qualifications
5+ years of field experience in Pipe Welding / Structural Welding within the last 10 years:
GMAW - MIG
GTAW - TIG
SMAW – Stick
FCAW - Flux-cored arc
Plasma Cutting
Responsibilities
Teach Welding Technologies classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited training program
Provide hands-on Welding training for student skill development in our fully equipped facility
Encourage student growth, professionalism, and accountability
Motivate and engage the class in a positive setting
Support and communicate progress with students
Prepare students for a successful in-demand career in Welding Technology
Great communication skills
Proficient in technology
Teaching experience a plus
High school diploma/GED
