ManpowerGroup Warehouse Worker in Grand Prairie, Texas

Our client, a leader in warehouse operations, is seeking a Warehouse Prepper to join their team. As a Warehouse Prepper, you will be part of the Inventory Control Department supporting the Shipping and Receiving team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a willingness to work any shift, and the ability to follow safety protocols effectively.

Job Title: Warehouse Prepper

Location: Dallas-Ft. Worth (Coppell), TX 75261

Pay Range: $18.24 per hour

What’s the Job?

  • Open cardboard boxes with a box cutter and prepare shipments for processing.

  • Label shipments and products accurately.

  • Perform basic sanitation duties in warehouse aisles.

  • Count, verify, and confirm product, reporting any discrepancies or damages.

  • Follow all safety requirements and assist in training new employees.

What’s Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • At least 1 year of warehouse or material-handling experience.

  • Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions.

  • Flexibility to work any shift, including overtime.

  • Prior forklift certification preferred, but not required.
