Job Description:

Performs non-destructive tests (NDT) on aircraft components. Ensures compliance to all internal Quality Systems, Customer and Regulatory requirements. Inspects for defects using automated and manual methods and techniques. Requires certifications in non-destructive testing in accordance with regulations. Requires interaction with all internal company departments.

  • NDT Certification (Level 1 or Level 2) in accordance with NAS 410 requirements

  • Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection in accordance with ASTM-E-1417 and MIL-I-25135

  • Magnetic Particle Inspection in accordance with ASTM E-1444

  • Experience using measuring devices

  • Maintains a safe working environment by utilizing safety applications and keeping work areas clean.

  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

Requirements :

  • Must have two years in current position

  • Able to write routine reports and correspondence

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Good computer skills (MS Office)

  • Work extended hours as required

  • Must be able to read and comprehend English without assistance
