Southern Minnesota Education Consortium #6083 Position: Transition Program Teacher 1.0FTE Location: Grand Meadow, MN Position Description: For the 2024-2025 school year: Provide services to middle/high school students with special needs in the cooperative East-side Next Step program. Teacher will be responsible to provide transition program services to students with a variety of disabilities. Job Requirements: Applicant must hold Work Based Learning license, valid drivers license and a good driving record.
